I'm visiting Cebu in Oct. and I've been trying to decide on a good hotel in the city. Then I plan to venture out from there. My total goal is to relax and find some true peace and quiet from the world. Does anyone in Cebu have a suggestion on a nice mid priced hotel in Cebu and a great island to escape to after that?
