With 2000 and increasing number of Ex Pats, all nationalities, and increasing flow of transit Ex Pat, what would be best and conveniently located area/place to be publicized and recognized as casual contact and meeting place for Ex Pats? Have in mind something similar to Cafe Americain in Paris, both for casual and information purposes, hopefullhy without regard to national origins.

They have a meeeting like that in Uruguay. Maybe there is one (or more) in the Philippines. Does anyone have the details so we can get a page setup announcing it?
