Who funds the educational opportunities for children in the Philippines? And, what is the education like in regards to technology advancement? Are there public schools that students don't have to pay to attend? Is there a tax system that allows all students the right to a free education? Trackbacks

Comment #1 COIN-OPERATED-BOY from Philippines -
Almost half of the educational system in the Philippines is run by the government and the other half is own by private sectors and foundations. There are a lot of schools here where you can join for free. But unfortunately, the students still has to pay some miscellaneous fees like books and uniforms. But the education in the Philippines is now considered wordclass for the educational tourism has boomed for 45% since 2004. And a lot of foreign students are taking their masters and graduate studies in the University Of The Philippines, one of the noted and best universities in South East Asia and the whole of Asia itself.
