It depends on what state are you and your friends are if you are willing to go to great place then there's a nice event place somewhere in Antipolo Rizal.

You will easily find these online. What is the price range you are willing to work with? It is much easier to work with a cost and location in my mind.

From what I know, most hotels will allow you to do reservation bookings online. If you get any leads, you can use the net to find more details or call in for more detailed specifications.

The places should be many..just get yourself in Philippines and do your research well. Search online and look for those that can offer booking reservations. It will need you to also know what amount you want to work with.

Keep in mind that this is almost the end of the year(assuming we are talking about similar time periods). How about you ask which times are regarded as high seasons in the country?
