In addition to what you have said, condos offer two styles of living-high rise in which case you are high and above the pollution of the low rise, in which case there are normally landscaped gardens and concrete walls thus giving a buffer from the hectic, chaotic outside. Nonetheless, condos tend to be located in the city, so there are no favorites. Equal treatment is highly likely since rules are enforced impersonally. |

| If you are to stay in Philippines then i think it would not be advisable to buy or rent a condo unit. It is costly, but if you have lots of money then there would be no problem on that matter. There are actually lots of good apartments to consider, most especially if you have some companion with you on your visit i that beautiful, wonderful country. Enjoy your stay.. |
