If you want a 3 month visa it is 60.00. Anyone can get a 3 week (21 day) visa currently. You can also file for an extension which I have heard is very very easy to get.

Comment #2 Edward from Atlanta, Georgia -

I hear that many people who "live" in the Philippines get their entry visa extended repeated for a year's stay and then go visit Hong Kong for a day or to and repeat the process.

Do people still get all the benefits that citizens of the Phillippines get even if they are only there on a visa? I was wondering that, does anybody know?

Comment #4 Ted from London, England -

I believe one of the "benefits" you get for staying (as a "resident" or "tourist") for 6 months or more is the obligation to pay Philippine taxes on your world wide income!
