FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING: OUTBOUND INT'L. CALL CENTER AGENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Sales Outbound Associate, the agent will be responsible in delivering prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation. He will also illustrate to the customer the various products and services being offered by the company. In addition, he responds to questions and will obtain customer information and possible leads. Moreover, he is in charge of making a follow up on the initial contacts. Lastly, he needs to meet the sales target set by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college or possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field

- With or without Call Center experience (For experience Call Center agent, he must have 6 months and above of Outbound International and/or Inbound International with up selling Call Center experience)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Outspoken, assertive and a team player

- Has excellent customer service and selling skills

- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City

- Amenable to work under a Shifting schedule, weekends and holidays

- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 copies of updated resume

- Goverment I.D.s = SSS, TIN, PHILHEALTH

- COE (if previously employed)

- T.O.R.
