Born and raised in America, my experience with culture is very different compared to another individual born and raised in the Philippines. Yes, i am 100%filipino, however, i don't truly know what it means to be filipino. I don't have any filipino friends and my culture i know outside of home is very different from the "normal" filipino culture. Also i'm still in my early twenties, only twenty to be exact. It's confusing, yet very fascinating to others. However, from my point of view, i find that people around my age group and born and raised in the philippines are lucky. Why? because they are the ones who have or atleast may have a definition to their identity and culture. What do you think? Trackbacks
