HI i am moving to makati city and i would like to know if in the pharmacies there i can buy rogaine/ minoxidil 5% without prescription, and if so how much is it? Thx in adv

Minoxidil (trade names Rogaine and Regaine) is a vasodilator medication known for its ability to slow or stop hair loss and promote hair regrowth. It is available over the counter for treatment of androgenic alopecia, among other baldness treatments, but measurable changes disappear within months after discontinuation of treatment.

Minoxidil in Philippines have other available brands like Regroe, anyway they are all minoxidil disregarding their trade names and thus have same therapeutic effect. A 60 mL lotion would cost 1, 295 Philippine peso, and a 500 mL lotion would cost 2, 295 Philippine peso.
