We are underway with a search for a Director of Finance for a call center business in Metro Manila. We are looking for a US or European ex-pat to direct the financial operations of 2 call centers for a company headquartered in the US. This role will be responsible for managing a local group of 15 back office staff and handling the controller functions of the local business along with working with the international group for reporting and compliance. I want to know about the compensation and the benefits.

Is this a contractual job? How many months is the minimum contract? I know a lot of foreign companies who don't follow the countries salary rule. I hope you're not one of them.
