We are currently developing subdivision in Batangas, Tall Ridge area and in Dinalupihan, Bataan.

We are willing up to 3% commission to anyone who could give us sales.

Our company is based in the Philippines and we are looking for sales and clinical people with experience in cardiology, specifically CRM (cardiac rhythm management)- pacemakers and defibrillators. The initial reps need to be located in and a round Manila. We are also looking for reps in other parts of the Philippines too.

We are paying a 5000 peso referral fee for anyone we hire for sales rep positions.

We are also seeking a sales leader with a track record of success in leading and motivating this team. This person will, ideally, understand the cardiology and CRM market thoroughly, but it is not 100% required. What is required, a strong leadership and business acumen, and experience in medical sales.

We are paying a 10, 0000 peso referral fee for any sales leader we hire.

Are these recruiting agents ask for placement fees for job seekers? Do they offer free plane tickets for applicants from other countries who will be hired?

I would imagine that there would be a significant differentiation between paid services and free services. What is it that can be offered from either, in terms of losses and gains?

Know what, in the Philippines, there is no such thing as 'free'. So if you see an ad saying free, then it is nothing but a trap. Try to not got involved in such agencies coz you will just waste large amount of money and time.

And the important thing to do is to check on the government foreign employment agency whether a certain recruitment agency is not fraudulent. ciao.

Oh really, there is nothing for free in Manila? I guess not just in Manila but also in the whole wide world. You cannot even have a water without paying. Goodness, hope that there could be something more than just money, bills and charges. This thing I still have to pray for. A good day ahead to all, especially to all those forum buffs here. Check the Net for the job agencies and the job placement agencies. Also check the net for different formats to write a CV and presentation of it. Best of Luck.
