'Searching to rent a house in Palawan or Dumaguete' Palawan Island

Hello,

I'm searching a home to rent for a long time period (minimum 6 months to 1 year) ?

This rental should have the following characteristics :

Localisation : Palawan (puerto princesa) or Dumaguete city or other city with high speed web access

Rental price : between 10 and 25 000 PHP maxi (electricity and water not included)

Bedrooms : 2 or 3

Surface : 150 to 250 squ. meters or more

Garden (if possible)

Swimming-pool (if possible)

Electricity 24/24

Water 24/24

Phone (regular line, not mobile)

Secure and quiet area (low crimes levels or zone without crimes are prefered)

1 or 2 Bathroom with bath or/and shower

The house can be located in mainland, but preferably with sea view or near the sea.

Ideally : located at less than ten minutes driving of the sea.

Downtown with supermarket, school and a hospital or a medic must be located at less than 30 minutes in car.

And, at least, the most important (and it's really the most important) :

DSL ACCESS HIGH SPEED REQUIRED IMPERATIVELY (2 Megabytes minimum, 8 megabytes or more wished). I need it to continue my job with europa (I'm graphic designer).

I can pay in advance, for 6 months or 1 entire year, by Paypal, mastercard or other way the owner would.

Could you send me a listing of the properties you have who match with this demand (with urls and photos), please ?

Have you visited the Philippines? In Dumaguete your choices will be a 384K internet connection or a 1mb ADSL line.

A friend has both and finds the 384K works best. I get frustrated whenever I go online.

Ok. I can't edit. Then, DSL can be at 1 Mb only if it's the only one speed available.

Here it is fgytres@yahoo.com.ph A little more information .The house house is in a nice peacefull area of Puerto Princesa palawan, no crime. The house has landscaped gardens back and front, the house has a private road leading up to it It is within easy reach of Rizal avenue , the main shoping area.
