It's very disappointing to hear that the house of representatives might not be able to pass the "cheaper medicine" bill by Sen. Roxas. This would really help the poor people who are constantly in need of medicine, particularly those who are required to take maintenance medicines. Maawa naman kayo! Kawawang kawawa na kami! Please lang Mr. Joe De Venecia!! Do your job!!
