Madam/Gentlemen:I am looking at a condo unit in Skyway Twin Towers but your unit of 300 sqm selling for P3.49 is interesting. Kindly furnish me the full details, i.e. What floor? Does it have a good view of Marikina/Antipolo [facing North?] Is there a partition? How many BRs and TBs? How high is the ceiling? What type is the floor plan?
What are the terms? Cash or Bank Financed? What are conditions of sale? Who pays the capital gains tax, doc. stamp, transfer tax, registration fee and other expenses.
