Are most of the roads paved. Or, are the roads just dirt roads? I would figure roads near the tourists are all paved and clean? But, I know there are some poorer areas I would figure don't have the means yet.

I believe that I read somewhere about there being only about 20 percent of paved roads. The rest would be just dirt roads and such.
