BAKLAY SA CARAMOAN 2008 -THE END and THE NEW BEGINNING

May 1-2, 3, 4, 2008

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I invited outdoor enthusiast last year in

Caramoan for Baklay

kan Maliliga sa Caramoan, I told and predicted that

Caramoan will be

slowly converted into Boracay like atmosphere. It

started in Gota

beach where we did our campsite last year and it did

come out that it

was our last camp there because it is now being

develop by provincial

government of Camarines Sur. 80 cabanas are now

constructed at the

said area for local/foreign toursist to stay.My

forecast is now a

reality.

I just went there last March 20, 21, 22, 2008 and guided

13 persons also

but there are a lot of changes in Caramoan so this

itinerary are For

the frustration of the tourists who went last holy

week without a

guide and just follow the i.t or info given by the

internet, they

were surprised that Gota beach, matukad island, lahus

are being

occupied by Survivor Asia right now(They leased it to

the provincial

government for 6 months)and they do not allow tourists

to come in so

if a tourists do not know other options, went back

desperate or just

stay in the towns. But in order to satisfy our

customers, we found

other islands which are also more beautiful, white

sands and isolated

and add other activities such as caving and hiking and

which made our

tourists happy and satisfied. paniman bay and Bikal

is another way

going to the islands not prohibited by provincial

government.

The Kadlagan in order that the annual Caramoan

adventure tour will be

held again this year, we visited and survey the place

on how we can

revise the activities and itinerary that will adopt at

changes at

Caramoan especially the Survivor Asia is being held at

the area.

We want our participants to still feel the ambience of

an isolated

place, wildness and free. We explore other areas and

islands and

included it for this year adventure tour.

So Participants will still more enjoy, be trilled,

have fun in

Caramoan this year.

We call this year the end and the new beginning

because this year

might be the final phase of caramoan as not yet fully

develop but the

beginning of the new era of caramoan when it will be

like a

boracay.So, come with us, now.

Last year Pasasalamat.

For the success of Baklay kan Maliliga 2007, in behalf

of Kadlagan

Outdoor Shop and Services would like to extend my

warmest gratitude

and Pasasalamat to 9 PERSON OF PILIPINAS SIERRA GROUP,

3 PERSON FROM

UPM, and 23 persons who have no group no affiliation

who came from

Manila and other parts of our country and participated

in our said

event. Mabalos po!!

We follow every possible safety regulations to ensure

the safety of

everyone in the activities. We were strict on the

participants to

wear their designated life vest every time they were

at the sea that

some of the participant forgot to remove them even

when we were

traveling by jeep on the road. We designated a

lifeguard and a first

aider who watch the participants every time they were

in the water.

We also distributed survival aid kit manual that

contains some first

aid kit and information about caramoan, about the sea,

about caving,

about first aid on jellyfish, etc. And at the caving,

we ensured to

fix ropes on the difficult path that the participants

passed. Every

time we had an activity, we always briefed them about

the activity,

terrain, and safety tips.

So our concern on participant safety fruited by

bringing all of them

home whole and kicking. Beside they enjoyed the

activities we did

hosted such as caving, and island hopping, and the

Bikol food. They

had a Summer packed life with outdoor activities for

just 3 days.

Though the weather on that side of the earth became

different that

made us decide to change and readjust instantly the

itinerary that

easily understood by our participants, we still

continued the

activities without compromising safety and enjoyment

of the said

participants. And we did all our best to serve them.

In our staff evaluation and good comments from the

texts by our

participants after the said events, we concluded the

Baklay sa

Caramoan a Success.

Mabalos also to mfpiyahoogroups.com for letting us

post the

invitation.

Truly yours,

Jojo C. Villareal-

Kadlagan

Its summer time, time to relax, rejuvenate, heal

ourselves and escape

the hot, cramming city life.Time to be slow and go back

again to the

outdoor.Time to go to a places where there is no

signal in cell phone,

(There are signals already in specified location you

just have to

find it. Sometimes it is in the middle of the

sea.He, he.)no gadgets,

no national news, no so much people and little traces

of

civilization. Simply a paradise!

In this connection, The Kadlagan Outdoor Shop, the

doorway to Bikol

Mountains and scenic places is initiating again

THE BAKLAY SA CARAMOAN 2008-its annual tour to

Caramoan Peninsula

here in Camarines Sur and we would like to invite you

to come with us.

Instead of 3 days. We made it 4 days outdoor tour

packed with

outdoor activities that memories will last for a

lifetime like island

hopping, caving, swimming, snorkeling, and camping.

be with us for 4 days for island hoppings, 10 meals,

t-shirt, guide

services and Certificates for 30-35 person. P2, 800

25person. This rates are very minimal as compared to

the tour

packages rates being offered by other tour group or of

tourism office

of provincial government of cam sur.

Exclude; Fare from your destination point to the

departure Sabang

port area, shelter or tent and personal belongings,

summer attire or

necessity and trail snacks.

night. We are going

to sleep in Paniman beach that will be our base camp

after our every

island hopping.

change the

itinerary because of the weather, sea tides, speed

movement of
